Mr. Randy Harvey joined Seismic Micro-Technology in 2008 where he is vice president of development. He is responsible for SMT’s Product Development.

Before joining SMT, Mr. Harvey was managing partner and founder of EnoVenture Group. Prior, he was senior vice president of Solutions Development and Delivery for the Reynolds and Reynolds Company. Mr. Harvey led the successful restructuring and upgrading of the development organization that led to a 10% productivity improvement each year of his tenure.

From 1992 to 2008, as vice president of Software Development at Sterling Commerce, Mr. Harvey directed the successful organizational and technical transition of a mainframe based development organization to an organization that delivered the industry’s leading portfolio of UNIX and Windows based electronic commerce products.

Mr. Harvey earned his BA from the University of Maryland College Park.
