Since 1984, Seismic Micro-Technology, Inc. (SMT) has provided the

In June 2007, SMT was purchased by Technology Crossover Ventures and JMI. Arshad
Matin took the reins from founder Thomas Smith as the new CEO and member of the
Board of Directors; Dr. Smith remains on the company’s Board of Directors.
Since 2007, SMT has continued its rapid growth and expansion, opening offices in
Rio de Janeiro, Abu Dhabi, Moscow and Calgary. SMT now has facilities in
Houston, Rio de Janeiro, Abu Dhabi, Croydon (UK), Singapore, Russia, and Canada
providing training and support to SMT customers worldwide.
SMT's success is based upon providing a fully integrated software solution. The
benefit of truly integrated software, that is logical to learn and easy to use,
